Founder and managing partner. Syed has over 20 years' industry experience, with extensive residential and commercial experience and particular expertise in luxury houses and places of worship. BSc Mechanical Engineering; MSc Building Services Engineering.
Khyris Fernandes
Co-founder with over 18 years' experience in energy and building-services design. Chartered Engineer and Low Carbon Consultant through CIBSE, with electrical building-services qualifications.
Sara Domitila Coelho
Electrical engineer with experience across commercial, residential and industrial building-services design. BREEAM assessor with an MSc in Electrical Engineering.
Claudia Lopes
Oversees Revit and BIM projects produced by ZBSA, bringing extensive technical and CAD experience to project delivery.
Sara Adam
Oversees the day-to-day running of the office and acts as a first point of contact for new enquiries.
Sam Beckett
Mechanical engineering support within the ZBSA team.
Sepi Ghaidi
Sepi joined ZBSA in 2024 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. She leads one of ZBSA’s multidisciplinary M&E teams, having previously led the company’s electrical team. A Chartered Engineer, Sepi has worked in engineering since 2006.
